Our engagement roadshows in 2023 have reminded how important it is to see people in real life to build on the digital messages employees receive about their financial and physical wellbeing.
We always look for feedback and whilst at Dartington we love employee benefits we need to recognise we can sometimes hug the subject matter too closely and lose the audience. Thankfully, the employees at our clients are not shy with their opinions and here are the top five tips we have learnt from them so far this year;
- Share stories about what my colleagues are doing
- You have licence to nag – if it means better results for me
- Build on previous messages so I can see the trends
- Be opinionated – tell me what Dartington thinks good looks like
- Keep doing the drop-in clinics for personal conversations – they are important
